Die Hochzeit meiner Cousine- the wedding of my cousin
Am 12. Juni gaben sich meine Cousine Damaris und Matthias das kirchliche Jawort in Berlin.
Ich war so froh dabei sein zu können.
On June the 12th my cousin Damaris and Matthias got married.
I was so glad to be there.
Ein paar Tage vorher fand der Junggesellenabschied statt. Als Überraschung wurde Damaris an diesem Tag der wunderschön geschmückte Vorgarten gezeigt. In diesem Haus meiner Tante und meines Onkels fand der Sektempfang am Tag der Hochzeit statt. Abends gab es Stockbrot am Lagerfeuer- ach der Hilligergarten ist schon toll.
A few days earlier the bachelorette party took place. As a surprise Damaris go to see the beautiful decorated front garden. In this house which belongs to my aunt and uncle the reception took place of the day of the wedding. In the evening we ate bread on a stick at the fire place- oh yeah- the garden of the Hilliger family is amazing.
